Verhaal achter dit werk:

Ooit had ik de kans om een I AM-winkel te openen in Peking. Bij de opening was er ook pers uitgenodigd. Ze stelden veel vragen en waren vooral nieuwsgierig naar mijn visie op mode en waar ik inspiratie vond. Aangezien ik ervan overtuigd ben dat iedereen wordt geboren als creatief persoon en dus ook iedereen een creatief potentieel heeft probeerde ik deze visie over te brengen. Een journaliste begon te wenen. Toen ik vroeg of alles ok was, stamelde ze dat ze dit ook dacht maar nog nooit had gehoord. Het versterkte mijn mening : muren tussen mensen zijn nefast.
